Electro-coagulation is the latest Technology used in treating the Waste water. This technology is successfully used in textile dyeing waste water treatment apart from other applications such as tannery effluent, Rubber effluent, sewage Effluent and food processing. World Innovation Technologies Electro-coagulation system is based on the following scientific principles.

Electro-coagulation (EC), the passing of electrical current through water, has proven very effective in the removal of contaminants from water. Electro-coagulation systems have been in existence for many years using a variety of anode and cathode geometries, including plates, balls, fluidized bed spheres, wire mesh, rods, and tubes. There has been a quantum leap in refining the EC process to increase removal rates and to lower capital and operating costs.

Clarifier referred as solids contact units or up flow tanks, contains the process of mixing flocculation and sedimentation. For good flocculation, anionic poly electrolyte added as a coagulant aid. Clear water over flows to the filter feed sump.

The Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) is a water treatment process that removes
suspended solids by using air to create a blanket of sludge at the surface
of a floatation cell. The separation is achieved by dissolving air in to the waste
water and then releasing the air at atmospheric pressure in a floatation tank.
The released air forms tiny bubbles which adhere to the suspended solids, causing
the particles tofloat at the surface of the water where it is then removed
by a skimming mechanism.

DISSOLVED AIR FLOATATION (DAF)
The sludge from the EC outlet is of floating nature, hence the DAF we offer
separates the sludge easily.
The DAF system is constructed using Stainless steel. Automated process of
air & water mixture to create fine tiny bubbles. Very less turbidity and clear water

The Neutralised Effluent is pumped to this tank for removal of BOD & COD with a help of bacteria & air. Around 20 % - 30 % of colour also removed in this process.

In this process the Bacterial mass is separated by gravity and the clear water (Supernatant) send to the next process. The settled sludge is being recycled to aeration tank to maintain the desired MLSS.

In this process the entire turbidity and micron level suspended particles are removed by using ultra filtration membranes (up to 0.01micron). The permeate will be less than 0.1 NTU& less than 3 SDI.

During this process the total dissolved solids are removed by using Reverse Osmosis Membranes. Around 93 % of water is recovered in this process and the balance water send to RO – III

   Effluent generated from the process is being pass through this Bar screen and all the physical impurities are removed then the effluent will be feed to collection tank by gravity.
